What is Effective Management?

You may prefer to develop and present the project to your students. But students and teachers working together also develop many successful projects. Research has shown that the opportunity for student ‘voice and choice’ motivates students and contributes to the development of their personal strengths, such as autonomy and resilience. One effective strategy is to share the goals and context for the project with your students as early as possible. Equally important is to have students share their reflections and opinions of the project at the end.
